Refurbishment and conversion of a seven storey Grade II Listed building into four flats. 

 

Works included collaborating with English Heritage for the restoration of many original features throughout the building, including traditional woodwork crafting and specialist plastering. Integrating new services into the listed building fabric required detailed negotiation with the conservation officer. Approvals and completion of the works were all achieved in a short programme.
